Parashat Naso (Count) Numbers 4:21 7:89
HafTorah Judges 13:2-25

Dear friends,
I am back from a memorable and emotional "homecoming" after giving the historical address at my New Jersey congregation's anniversary celebration. Chris and I reconnected with friends that we hadn't seen in person in nearly a decade!
Now we are about to embark on the festival of Shavuot שבועות, lit. “Weeks”) which begins Thursday evening, the sixth day of the Hebrew month of Sivan. Shavuot commemorates the anniversary of the giving of the Torah to the entire Israelite nation assembled at Mount Sinai. The holiday is one of the Shalosh Regalim, the three Biblical pilgrimage festivals (Passover, Shavuot, and Sukkot). And it marks the conclusion of the Counting of the Omer which we have been doing ever since the second night of Passover.
And see the calendar below for details on all the other Shavuot services and activities. Looking forward to sharing this wonderful time of the year with you.
Please continue to join us and support our many spring and summer activities.
Chag Shavuot Sameach!
Ron Becker,
Spiritual Leader
